Better Deletion Process

It is very arduous to delete any consituents, especially if any have a relationship (which most of them do) or interactions. We need a simple one click solution and paying to delete makes the software very unatractive.

Send direct email from constituent profile

Have a link to send a direct email from the constituent profile rather than having to back out to the constituent grid.

Calendar subscription option

We have members asking if there can be a feature where they can subscribe to our A.S. event calendar. The implementation team said that is currently not an option. Please consider making this an option.

Add an optional cc to the Send Direct Email

I'd like to be able to cc another member when sending a direct email. This will be helpful, for example, when I send a message on behalf of someone else (e.g., the Chair) and would like her to receive a copy as well so the two can be connected going forward.

Dues Proration-Quarterly or Semi-Annual

It would be fantastic to have the option for dues proration to be set quarterly or semi-annual as not all orgs offer a monthly proration.

Transaction Details

Can t there be a way to see all transactions relating to an invoice either in the invoice grid or the transaction grid for example if there were a partial refund it would show in the transaction details.
