Feature Requests

Currently, the default field depth for fields such as Company Description, Tickler/Special Notes, and Comments fields are not customizable. It would be helpful if this was changed!

Example #1: Our company enters only a few words or a brief sentence in the Tickler field ("Seafood Allergy" or "Do not add to email lists"). Yet, this field occupies a lot of real estate on the webpage, and it cannot be reduced in size.

Example #2: We have a lot of information in one of our customizable text fields, but the "default" field depth is too small. This means we have to resize the field each time we are in the profile. And once you exit the profile, the field reverts back to the smaller size. It would be better (and a time-saver) if 1) you could "save" the resizing of a field, or 2) change the settings so the field depth can be increased based on the needs of the AS customer.
